72% of people prefer to work in an employee owned company for the benefits explained in this video. Employee owned companies exist today, and have proven to be more efficient than state owned and investor owned companies.
Therefore, the question is, are we willing to change our behavior in order to allow democracy to bring us freedom and justice for all?
