EEUU lucha para cuadrar caja / US fights to square cash register

por José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico

InformacionAlDesnudo

There is no way that Boricuas could negotiate a solution to our crisis with the United States (US) government, because it is on the North Pole and we are on the South Pole.

The University of Puerto Rico students fight for our progress, while the US government wants to square away the cash box.  Who’s cash box?  And, there is the main problem! The US government invaded us militarily in 1898 to square away its cash box. But, to do that, it had to destroy our cash register.

US policy has led us to presently consume 85% of what we eat, when we have the resources to satisfy our national need.

It is evident that we have been brainwashed when we hear Boricuas asking, “Could Puerto Rico survive without the United States?” The answer to this question is in the answer to this second question.  How many jobs would be generated if we would produce ourselves the 85% of the food that we are now importing from the US?

Someone with a colonized mind would respond, “Puerto Ricans would rather wait for his check from the US government than to work in agriculture.  The formation of that Puerto Rican is the result of 120 years of US instruction to exploit us to the level where we have more Boricuas living out than in our national territory.

The only solution for the 10 million Boricuas worldwide is to square away our box.  But to do that, we need our sovereignty.

Please, join us in our 4th INDEPENDENCE NOW MARCH at 2pm on Sunday, June 11, 2017. We will march from the Martín Peña Bridge to the US courthouse in Puerto Rico on Chardón Street in Hato Rey. We want to create a tsunami of people to force the US government to comply with the 35 United Nations (UN) resolutions asking it to immediately give Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.  Click the following link to watch the 2016 UN hearing on Puerto Rico decolonization: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0

Why do we need this tsunami? Because, those who fight to square away their cash register don’t believe, and never have believed in JUSTICE FOR ALL!
