Does US support self-determination?

Why does the US have 800 military bases all around the world? Since the US has no intentions of ever complying with international law, it needs to use military aggression in order to dissuade a nation from exercising its sovereignty against the US.
That is why the US has consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
That is why the US has maintained an illegal economic blockade against Cuba for more than 6 decades.
And, that is why the US is today sponsoring the artificial colonial settler state of Israel’s genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine!
The US supports only its own hegemony today tomorrow and forever!
