Does the US want true democracy?

The so-called “governor of Puerto Rico”, Pedro Pierluisi, talks about everything but the real issue for Puerto Ricans. The real issue for the biggest problems that we face is the fact that Puerto Rico has been a United States (US) colony for the past 123 years. That is a crime against humanity as stated in the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism since 1945. Pedro is ignorant of the fact that the USG has always exclusively governed for whites. As long as Puerto Rico has a majority of Puerto Ricans living in our national territory, the USG will never make Puerto Rico a state of the Union, which is what Pedro wants. That is exactly what the insurrection by white supremacists at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021 was all about!
The USG, in all of its history, has never wanted true democracy. Puerto Ricans need to intelligently engage in permanent resistance to force the USG to comply with international law and decolonize Puerto Rico. We would then establish our own true Puerto Rican democratic government.
Will the true democracy please stand up.
