Disinformation destroys democracy

The nations of the world must protect themselves from United States’ (US) propaganda in order to protect themselves from US imperialism. This is why the US wanted to kill Julian Assange for exposing the US’ criminal activity. Therefore, the successful creation of a multipolar and more democratic world order will depend on how well sovereign states protect their information space.

In the case of Puerto Rico that has been a US colony for the past 127 years, US propaganda has resulted in that half of her citizens want Puerto Rico to become a state of the Union. And, this despite 6 million (67%) Puerto Ricans living todays away from our national territory (gentrification), and half of the 3 million Puerto Ricans who live in Puerto Rico living in poverty.
