Capitalism breeds war

By José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico

With all of the inequality facing the United States (US) citizens today, our government is looking for a war with Russia, supposedly over Ukraine. But will that help the US government (USG) narrow the huge inequality gap at home? No. That would only benefit enormously the 1% of US citizens. Where is the US’ responsibility of being a nation for her people? It has be stolen! Click on the following link for more: https://youtu.be/C8KhRkbEld8

If socialism were a breeder of war, socialist nations would have formed an equivalent organization like the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and have placed military bases around all nations having a capitalist economy.

The nations in Western Europe need to eventually realize that a war with Russia will be fought in Europe. Moreover, that war would also bring in the People’s Republic of China and Iran. Do these nations want all that distraction at home just to benefit the 1% of US citizens? Already, 9 of the richest 10 men in the world are US citizens! They should all exit NATO, and leave the USG on its own.

The USG doesn’t care about the human rights of the Ukrainians. If it did, our human rights at home would not be constantly violated by our own government.

The USG is supposedly worried about Russia militarily invading Ukraine. That is exactly what the USG did to Puerto Rico 33 years after it formally abolished slavery. The USG has slavery in its genetic makeup.

Because of capitalism, the USG has never complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism since 1945. And, because of capitalism, the USG has ignored 40 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0

If we want peace instead of war, we must have justice for all. Capitalism will not do that, therefore we need a system change. https://todosunidosdescolonizarpr.blogspot.com/

Educate and organize for peace!
