In order for Biden to have said that, he had to ignore the fact that the USG is committing a crime against humanity by having had Puerto Rico as its colony for the past 122 years.
In order for Biden to have said that, he had to ignore the fact that the USG has violated the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism for the past 75 years.

No matter who becomes president, the USG will be governed for the 1% of its citizens. Biden is not an option to represent the 99%. The only option is for the 99% to engage in resistance, today, resistance tomorrow, and resistance forever!
