Another US big lie

Among the many United States (US) lies that includes Iraq’s having weapons of mass destruction, and more recently, that Trump won the 2020 US residential elections, it has now accused the People’s Republic of China of forced labor in Xinjiang in its desperate attempt to prevent China from replacing the USG as the new hegemon. If the USG is so concerned about human rights, why does it maintain Puerto Rico as its colony for the past 123 years? Why has it not complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism because it is a crime against humanity?
