Africa is fed-up with US arrogance

Even if the US were to take a time out to recalibrate her foreign policy, as long as oligarchs govern, Africa will still prefer those who treat her as equals.   

Puerto Ricans have unfortunately experienced being a US colony for the past 124 years. The US violated in 1945 the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism for being a crime against humanity. The US exhibits that same arrogance today by continuing to ignore (41 thus far) UN annual resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
