President Trump admits that United States (US) citizens will feel the pain of his tariffs on Canada, Mexico, and the People’s Republic of China. It is important to mention that the ones who will feel the pain the most are the 40 million US citizens who today live in poverty, and the 201 million living from paycheck to paycheck.
The US has maintained Puerto Rico as its colony for the past 127 years, because it benefits oligarchs. And in the meantime, 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned our homeland (gentrification), and half of the 3 million who live in Puerto Rico live in poverty.
