The 1% of Americans are making all of the decisions. That is why 38 (11%) million US citizens live in poverty, and 201 million (60%) live from paycheck to paycheck.
That is why the US is fighting today a war against the Russian Federation, and supporting the genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine against international law.
That is why the US is looking to have a war with the People’s Republic of China using as a pretext Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence. If that were true, why has the US consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans? Is the US risking a nuclear war in order to defend democracy? No. The US is willing to push the world into World War III to defend its imperialism. That is why the world considers the US as the biggest threat to peace!
