No wonder 38 million Americans live in poverty, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens.
No wonder 60% of Americans live from paycheck to paycheck, while the US finances the war in Ukraine and the war in Gaza.
And, no wonder the US hypocritically says that it supports Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence, while it has consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
Thomas Jefferson said that we had a republic, if we could keep it. We didn’t!
