The US is not a democracy! It is an oligarchy.
That is why the US has 800 military bases around the world to bully any nation that insists on exercising its sovereignty in a way that upsets the US.
That is why the US has 38 million Americans living in poverty, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens.
That is why the US hypocritically says that it supports Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence, while it has consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
And, that is why the US is sponsoring the artificial colonial settler state of Israel’s genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine.
No morality no democracy.
