Saving Israel on a technicality

The only hope that the artificial colonial settler state of Israel has of having the International Court of Justice (ICJ) dismiss South Africa’s genocide case against it would be on a technicality. Please click on this link to watch Israel trying to do that: https://youtu.be/M6PZpmZj0gc
Israel argued that South Africa did not follow the correct protocol to initiate its case against Israel. Israel argued that South Africa distorted the truth, and that Hamas is the one committing genocide against Israel. Israel argued that it is doing everything it can to protect Palestinians. And, Israel argued that it is following the law!
Israel can’t possibly be following the law, as it occupies Palestine too. As the occupier of Palestine, Israel has no right under international law to claim self-defense against the Palestinians. On the contrary, it is the Palestinians who have the right to use all means necessary to decolonize themselves from the artificial colonial settler state of Israel.
The ICJ must rule in favor of South Africa. If it does not, the world will know that the United States’ (US) unipolar world order exists only to support imperialism. The world would have to make every effort necessary to decolonize itself from US imperialism.
It is the world that is the world’s largest open air prison!
