The dire humanitarian crisis in Gaza has caused the cancellation of Christmas in Bethlehem. Imperialists have replaced war for “Peace on Earth”.
A democracy is not supposed to ever threaten peace. That is why the world has long proclaimed the United States (US) as the biggest threat to peace, in total contradiction to its self-proclaimed status of being the “champion of democracy”. The US’ decision to unconditionally support Israel’s genocide against Palestinians is just one more example that the world’s proclamation is the gospel truth!
Another example is the fact that the US has consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
Imperialism’s biggest enemy is the truth.
