After 125 years of Puerto Rico being a US colony, two third of Puerto Ricans have left our national territory in search of better opportunities. Half of the Puerto Ricans who have remained live in poverty.
If the US manages to ever get the remaining third of Puerto Ricans to emigrate, suddenly Puerto Rico would become the 51st state of the Union. A Puerto Rico without Puerto Ricans is the US government’s own American Dream!
