PR decolonization hearing tomorrow

Puerto Rico has been a United States (US) colony for the past 125 years.

While the US promotes that Puerto Ricans conduct complicated and antagonistic plebiscites to decide what we want, the United Nations (UN), however, has already issued 41 resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. That would be the simplest way to decolonize Puerto Rico, but the US don’t want that!

We don’t need more plebiscites. If the US is truly the champion of democracy, what we would logically expect is US compliance with international law.

Democracy means respecting the rule of law!
