Why doesn’t the United States (US) government (USG) raise taxes to finance its wars? It doesn’t, because the USG wants US citizens to pay for them, as its oligarchs continue getting even richer. Please click on the following link for more: https://youtu.be/3jBDjcPzNhs
The USG does not represent all of its citizens. That is why 38 million Americans today live in poverty, while the People’s Republic of China, despite havening 4 times the US’ population, has already eradicated her poverty. And, if you need more evidence, 8 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens!
US “democracy” doesn’t tax the rich.
