How many Americans know that the US militarily invaded Puerto Rico 125 years ago to make her a colony? Is that what democracies do?
The US has consistently refused to comply with 41 United Nations (UN) resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. Today, both US major parties want to colonies the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China too. Many Americans are also oblivious to the fact that China has eliminated poverty at home, despite having 4 times the US’ population. If that’s not democracy, I am then sure that the US is definitely not!
US “democracy”, unfortunately for the world, means getting into a nuclear war with Russia and China. The problem with that is that no one will be around to enjoy it.
We must therefore create our own left before it is too late!
