The United States (US), via Senator Linsey Graham, is calling for somebody in Russia to take President Putin out. Fortunately for the international community, only 13% of the world agrees. The US, however, had no problem militarily invading Puerto Rico 124 years ago to make her a US colony. The US had no problem refusing to comply with the United Nations’ Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism for being a crime against humanity.
