The United States (US) is not the beacon of democracy according to people around the world. The US is seen, even by US citizens, as governing for the 1% of her citizens. The US government is the antithesis of democracy. If it walks like a plutocracy, talks like a plutocracy, and smells like a plutocracy, it probably is a plutocracy. Do you know that 8 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens?
Therefore, if US citizens want a democracy, we will have to create it!
The US is the beacon of plutocracy.
