The United States (US) government (USG) says that Russia and China are its biggest threats. The world, however, says that the USG is the biggest threat to peace. Who is telling the truth?

Although, China’s missiles can’t reach the US, the USG wants its missiles to reach China. So, who is threatening whom?
The USG wants to do the same thing to China, as it is doing to Russia via the war in Ukraine. The goal is to make huge profits for the US Military Industrial Complex, and, in that way, maintain US hegemony.
Doesn’t the US believe in the free market?
US hegemony is really what is being threatened.
