It is ironic that imperialists are the only one to decide what democracy is. Is that how imperialists pretend to keep people under their control?

The United States government (USG) is the biggest hypocrite of all. It has never complied with the United Nations’ Charter (UN) of 1945 to decolonize Puerto Rico.
The USG has preferred to continue committing a crime against humanity by ignoring 40 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. Where are the imposition of economic sanctions to the USG for that? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0
