The United States government (USG), however, is the one that has always acted unilaterally, illegally and criminally to protect its interests. The USG recently acting unilaterally, against the desire of almost 100% of the United Nations’ (UN) member states, to continue its criminal blockade against Cuba.
The USG has acted unilaterally in refusing to comply with the UN’s Charter that prohibits colonialism, because it is a crime against humanity since 1945.
