PR statehood based on lies

Some Puerto Ricans aspire to convert Puerto Rico into the 51st state of the United States (US) based on lies. Click on the following link to watch a video allegedly celebration the 105th anniversary of US citizenship for Puerto Ricans: https://youtu.be/DeQ-01_o_Nk

Lie 1: “US citizenship was granted to Puerto Ricans.” Fact: Puerto Ricans rejected it. The US government (USG) imposed its citizenship on Puerto Ricans.

Lie 2. “Puerto Rico is a US territory.” Fact: Puerto Rico is a US colony for the past 123 years. The US is committing a crime against humanity by doing so, because she is violating the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism since 1945. Moreover, the US has ignored 40 UN resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0

Lie 3. “Puerto Rico has a government.” Fact: The so-called, Puerto Rico government (PRG) does not represent the interests of Puerto Ricans. That is why more Puerto Ricans today live away from our national territory. The “PRG” is the US government’s (USG) administration of its colony, Puerto Rico, exclusively for its interests.

Lie 4. “US is a democracy.” The US is governed for her capitalists (1% of her citizens). The latest example of that was the number of US citizens who died unnecessarily during the coronavirus pandemic! Do you know that the world regards the USG as the biggest threat to peace?

Lie 5. “The US defends human rights”. The USG has violated, for the past 123 years, Puerto Ricans’ human rights, and our inalienable right to self-determination and independence. The USG is therefore an outlaw state. The USG provoked the war in Ukraine, to make huge profits for its capitalists, and to keep Russia from ever establishing friendly relations with her neighbors. In that way, the USG intends to maintain its hegemony. https://todosunidosdescolonizarpr.blogspot.com/

Trump is not the only one who is telling big lies. Get the truth, to set ourselves free!

We can’t build our future on lies.
