Why doesn’t the US tax the rich?

The answer to this question proves that the United States (US) is not a democracy.

The only way that the 99% of us will have access to the so-called, “American Dream” is by organizing and pushing the USG to represent us all.
The people must push the US to enjoy a real democracy.
