The United States (US) government (USG) is not ruled by the rule of law. It is ruled by the 1% of its citizens. The following is an excellent example of this, and how the 1% doesn’t even try to hide it. This is the same court that has allowed the USG to have Puerto Rico as its colony for the past 123 years, despite the fact that the United Nations’ (UN) Charter prohibits it since 1945, and has ignored 40 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0
