Trump tried to make people believe, in his Independence’ Day speech at Mt. Rushmore, that the United States government (USG) represents equally all of its citizens. The fact of the matter is that the USG only represents 1%. Click on the following link to learn 7 more reasons why that is so: https://youtu.be/xbE8gfoYrec
In the case of Puerto Rico, the USG has ignored 38 United Nations resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. Puerto Ricans are almost 9 million people worldwide. Therefore, Trump doesn’t represent us! http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/
Robert Reich ends his video suggesting that we should get started in creating a government that truly would represent all of its citizens. I second the motion! Do you? http://www.todosunidosdescolonizarpr.blogspot.com/
Should the people fix our broken government?
