That is why the US refuses to support the United Nations’ (UN) yearly resolution to condemn the glorification of Nazism.
That is why the US refuses to end its illegal blockade against Cuba, even though almost 100% of the international community demands it.
That is why the US refuses to comply with 42 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
And, that is why the US was the only nation in the UN’ Security Council to vote against a cease fire in Gaza.
Instead of using diplomacy, the US has 800 military bases around the world. The US pretends for us to believe that war could bring peace. Conversely, the world considers the US as the biggest threat to peace.
US oligarchs, however, are the only ones made richer via wars. That was exactly the warning of US Major General Butler in his book WAR IS A RACKET, and US President Eisenhower in his farewell address to the nation. That is why today 8 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens!
If the US were a democracy, it would not have 38 million Americans living today in poverty, while the People’s Republic of China has already eradicated her poverty since 2020, despite having 4 times the US’ population.
Peace is impossible via war.
