The United States Government (USG) militarily invaded Puerto Rico in 1898 to have her as its colony.

The USG classified Puerto Ricans as an inferior race. Puerto Rico is a non-incorporated territory of the USG. This kind of territory is not intended to become a state of the United States. The USG intends to maintain Puerto Rico as its colony forever!

The UN holds an annual hearing to discuss Puerto Rico decolonization. It is usually on the Monday following Fathers’ Day. This year it was on June, 18, 2018. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0

The USG has never complied with the UN’s Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism. It is important to note that the USG signed that Charter!

Moreover, the USG has repeatedly ignored 37 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.

Join our permanent resistance outside the UN on the date of this annual hearing to force the USG to comply with the desire of the international community, because those who signed the UN Charter then refused to comply with it don’t believe in LIBERTY AND IN JUSTICE FOR ALL! https://www.facebook.com/groups/1697349163904877/  https://www.facebook.com/events/512248595904465/
