The problem with PR are the Puerto Ricans

by José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico

This video contains the United States government’s propaganda about Puerto Rico. Its main idea is that the problem with Puerto Rico are the Puerto Ricans. Click on the following link to watch it:

This video does not mention these facts:

The United States Government (USG) militarily invaded Puerto Rico in 1898 and forced Spain to cede her as a war booty.

The USG designed a law called, Unincorporated Territory, to avoid having to extend the United States (US) Constitution to the Puerto Ricans. This means that Puerto Rico belongs to but is not a part of the US.

The USG is in violation to the United Nations’ Charter (UN) of 1945 for having Puerto Rico as its colony.

The USG is in violation of 36 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.

The truth is that Puerto Rico is solely administered for the USG. That is why there are no opportunities for Puerto Ricans in Puerto Rico. And, that is the reason more Puerto Ricans live out of Puerto Rico than in.

The only thing that this video mentioned that is true is that Puerto Rico is an ideal place on this planet. The USG has made it purposefully inhospitable for the Puerto Ricans, so that they could abandon their national territory.

Puerto Rico could then be the paradise it has always been, but, for the “right kind of people”.

We need to learn the real history ourselves, to organize permanent resistance. We need to force the USG to comply with the will of the international community before all Puerto Ricans leave Puerto Rico.

We need to do so, because those who want to kick us off our national territory don’t believe in LIBERTY AND IN JUSTICE FOR ALL!
